Just to let you know, that there will be a new blog of mine coming out, just on photos from my travels. It should be pretty sweet, working on it, will let you know when the new one comes around....

Change

Throughout life everything and everyone is constantly changing around you.
You change. Your friends change. Your school changes. Your home changes. Your family changes. 
Things come and go.. before your very eyes
Eyes filled with constant motion 
Stop and gaze
Stop to notice all thats going around them
Gaze at all the change thats happened
In the blink of an eye all that you once knew
Is gone.
Your in a different world
You find out what you truly care about
Thats when you discover something new.
You discover whats most at stake.
You want the change to stop.
The walls begin to cave in.
Tearing apart you and all that you know.
In an instant everything changes.
Leaving the past behind, speeding toward the unknown.
Unknown place, the future.
You begin to lose yourself.
Lose yourself in your very world. 
Change. Changes. Everything.

A long road of confusion
Tired eyes, failing sight
Where is the way?
How will I walk it?

Listen to my heart
It still cries for my past
It is torn, spraying signs
With its aortic obfuscation

Look for my soul
It lays somewhere in the stars
Waiting, hoping
One day I will be ready to call it home

My legs are weak
Floundering under false weight
Burdens I carry
Crushing me

I pray my arms become wings
Lifting me into the light
Taking me where I fear to go
Into the future
